Сотрудники полиции предупреждают! В офисе компании менеджеры рассказывают про сложнейшие инвестиционные схемы и возможности выгодно инвестировать денежные средства. Для не посвященного человека такая информация может быть запутанной, и этим пользуются мошенники.

Предметом преступного посягательства, помимо денежных средств, является недвижимое имущество – квартиры. Продавая жилплощадь, граждане убеждены, что могут выкупить квадратные метры за счет выигрышей на рынке межбанковского обмена валюты. Денежные средства, полученные с продажи квартир, а также личные сбережения, потерпевшие вносили на торговые счета, открытые, как правило, в оффшорах. Впоследствии самостоятельно либо пользуясь услугами трейдера граждане проигрывали.
